Star Petroleum S.A. is the holding company, leading and managing worldwide operations in all the business lines, but especially focusing on upstream activities.

• Star Petroleum S.L.

  Company, owning the title of hydrocarbons, gasoline and distillates, operator OG-66 from the Spanish Ministry of Industry, which allows us to purchase these products (gas oil, fuels, crude, kerosene, etc.), in both domestic and international markets, manages purchasing and distribution to both customers and our own petrol stations located in Spain.

• Multipetroleos S.L.

  Company in charge of managing the stations network.

• Star Petroleum Red

  Covers investments in new stations and management of these new ones.

• Trade Petroleum S.A.

  Covers the trading of gas oil, fuels, crude oil, kerosene and other distillates, in international markets

• Star Petroleum Shipping

  Company affiliate that participates in the shipping business with different selected partners, leading to ownership, operation and management of tankers for crude oil, chemical and LNG shipping.

• Engineering and Contracting

  Company affiliate that covers engineering, contracting and consulting services in the international energy markets.
